Moving a 12 year old downstairs!

First of all you have to understand that this was the one room I allowed my husband to paint when we built our house. See why I started repainting. So our son has decided to make the move to the downstairs. So we took the guest room and turned it into his room. I didn't start taking pictures until I had started painting around the edges but you get the just of how awful it looked. So enjoy watching the transformation.

Starting to look a little better don't you think.

The finished product. I built a 3" shelf border all the way around room and it looks really nice. It's hard to see it in the picture. He loves his room!!!!
