Today is my sister's birthday. Marsha and I grew up about 6 1/2 years apart in age so we really didn't get the opportunity to do much together growing up. I was more just the older sister and babysitter to the younger kids. When I graduated high school Marsha was only in 5th or 6th grade. Through the years she grew up and now we are best friends. We talk to each other almost every day and I love that I can call her anytime and talk to her about anything. We talk about our favorite TV shows on up to all the crazy stuff our kids do. The only thing I wish was different was that we lived closer to each other. 10 hours is too far. At least our parents live in the middle. I would do anything for her and I can't wait to see her the next time we're together.
