Saturday - June 6th 2009
I arose out of bed at 7:30 so that we could get everything ready for our trip to San Diego. I had everything packed the night before so this morning went pretty easy. We headed to SLC airport and arrived with plenty of time to catch our flight. This was the first time flying for our children and they were both really excited. Kaitlyn pointed out every airplane she saw at the terminal.

Once we arrived we rented a car which ended up running us $250 more than we expected....at least it was a nice car. They hooked us up in a Chrysler Pacifica and we headed to our WorldMark where we would spend our nights this week.
WorldMark San Diego
After checking in at the WorldMark we found a local Albertsons and got some groceries. We ended up parking under the store and taking an escalator to it. The kids and I thought this was pretty cool. Here are some pics of us going and coming.

After getting settled in we could do nothing but crash. Talk about a long stressful day getting there but we made it. Thank goodness we had a GPS!
