Wood, Wood, and more Wood!

Last Saturday we went driving around town to look for people that were trimming trees or cutting them down to see if we could have some of the wood. We stopped at a few places and the people were not very nice to us.....so we moved on. Well we happened upon a hispanic family that had a tree almost all cut down and they let us have all we wanted. They didn't know what kind of tree it was but I was excited because it was a darker wood. So we ended up with a pickup load and a trailer load of this wood. Who knows it could be black walnut and we just hit the mother load. Any how I am pretty excited to get milling it this weekend.
