I've been sewing!

Thanks to my friend and neighbor Katie, who lent me the pattern, I have finally completed my first Cuddle Wrap. Too bad my daughter is to big for it now, but it will make a great shower gift. These are designed to hold your infant whether just for carrying them or using it in the car seat. It's great because their legs don't come out the bottom like they do in just a regular blanket. They can stay completely bundled up. I also plan on making these to sell on my esty website. My mom has had fun making these too. Thanks to the fabric store, JoAnn's, I was able to get my fleece at 60 percent off. There were so many choices but I came home with 8. I'm excited to see how they sell. Here is a picture of my 1st one.

Hey, Kelly-babe! I love the little wrap. I'm starting back into sewing too. Would you be willing to SHARE you pattern? I need something nice and simple to 'get back into it'! ! ! ! Do did a great job. BTW, nice picture at the top of your blog! Love it.
